As an experienced Leadership Educator with a demonstrated history of working in the field of higher education, I am highly aware of the important role that leadership development plays in students' lives. Through a theory-to-practice approach, I have created the foundation for, and overseen formal leadership programs at two institutions.

From facilitating workshops, to delivering keynote speeches, my aim is to foster environments where students can engage in thought-provoking discussions and interactive activities to better-understand and apply various leadership concepts to their own lives, as well as their communities.
